If a payment fails due to a network issue, but the amount is debited from your account and successfully credited to our account.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method used during the transaction.

2. All refund requests must be verified and approved by our technical team before processing.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

Trasaction Amount Range:The fee transactions on our platform range from ₹100 to ₹50,000.
